Giving Exeter a Voice on Fireworks Reform

One issue that constituents regularly raise with me is the misuse of fireworks. I've heard from parents whose children's sleep is disrupted, pet owners worried about the distress caused to their animals, and residents concerned about the mess and safety risks left behind in parks and public spaces.
